Newsletter information

When you subscribe, we store your email address, subscription status, chosen topics and frequency, consent records, and the tokens needed to verify or manage your subscription. Delivery records help us handle retries, failures, bounces, and complaints. Subscription requires email confirmation.

Website and security

The website and its hosting providers process request information to serve pages, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. Rate limiting uses hashed identifiers derived from email addresses or network addresses. Studio uses a secure session cookie for the administrator. Announcements may use browser storage to remember dismissals and display frequency.

Service providers

Supabase hosts publication files and the PostgreSQL database; Resend delivers email and reports delivery events; Upstash supports rate limiting. The hosting provider processes requests and operational logs. These providers process information needed to operate their services and may process it outside your country.

Usage and performance measurement

If enabled, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits and loading performance. The integration removes query strings and fragments and excludes Studio, search, API routes, and newsletter management pages. Subscription email addresses are not sent as analytics events. These integrations do not add advertising trackers.

Retention and your choices

Subscription information is kept to deliver the newsletter and maintain your preferences. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery; it does not automatically erase all consent, suppression, or delivery records. Limited records may remain to prevent unwanted resubscription, investigate delivery issues, and meet applicable obligations. Backups and provider logs follow the relevant provider retention settings.

Use the unsubscribe or preferences link in an email at any time. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of your information using the contact below. Requests are reviewed and may require verification that you control the email address.
